Peter Scullion

Peter is a sports physiotherapist with extensive experience working with elite athletes in a wide range of sports. He graduated from the University of Ulster Jordanstown in 2009 and completed a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in 2014 at The University of Queensland. During this time he worked with international athletes in the combat sports of boxing, judo and wrestling and attended international camps at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra.

He has a keen interest in football and has worked with Gaelic and soccer athletes at the highest level both at home and overseas. More recently he has spent the last three and a half years in Edinburgh working for the Scottish Rugby Union. Here he has been working with professional rugby athletes in the National Academy, with Edinburgh Rugby in the Pro14, with the Women’s National team and with the National Age Grade teams.

In 2017 he was physio for the Scotland U20s who finished 5th in the Junior World Cup. He attended the 2018 Commonwealth Games in the Gold Coast, Australia as team physiotherapist for Northern Ireland and has also worked with Athletics Ireland as part of their team that travelled to Berlin for the 2018 European Athletics Championships.

Peter has a wealth of experience in Sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Peter also has a lot of experience working with neck pain, back pain and post operative rehab.
